The Scarface Heist DLC was released on December 15, 2016 alongside its companion heister pack. It is the thirty-sixth paid DLC pack for PAYDAY 2.

Customization options
These masks, materials, and patterns are achievement rewards. They can't drop during a PAYDAY and cannot be sold. Instead, they can be returned to your mask stash for free, but any non-achievement or Infamy reward pattern, color, or material as well as the customization fee to put these together will be lost.
Cold and unmoving, you watch them from above. They shall envy your majesty as your golden gaze falls on them, an undeserved blessing on these wretched soft ones. You unite the hard chill of the night with the dazzling radiance of the sun. Glorious, golden and beautiful, you shall turn their heads mad with desire - and it shall be their undoing.

Timothy Miller dreamt of working with movie lightning when he grew up. For a Halloween-party, he created the Golden Hour mask. But when he put it on and looked in the mirror, his eyes stared back surrounded by the perfect soft, red glow of the sunset. In that moment, a new dream was born. He wanted people to view the serenity of the sunset close-up, wanted it imprinted on their retina forever. The only thing the coroner could confirm was that all victims were killed shortly before sunset, their eyes always left wide open.

- The achievement names are references to quotes from the 1983 film upon which the Scarface Heist DLC and Scarface Character Pack are based upon, Scarface, all of which from Tony Montana.
- You Cockroaches Wanna Play Rough? and Say Hello to My Big Friend are based on Tony Montana's speech in the final scene.
- Every Dog Has His Day is a quote from Tony Montana in the scene where he kills Mel Bernstein.
- Say Good Night to the Bad Guy is from Tony Montana's speech in the restaurant scene after getting in an argument with Elvira Hancock.
- Look at These Pelicans Fall is based on a quote from the bathtub scene.
- What? You Want Me to Dance? is from the dance club scene.
Trivia
- The Scarface Packs mark the fourth crossover with a movie within the series, after John Wick, Point Break, and Hardcore Henry.
- The Scarface Heist DLC is the first heist DLC to:
- Include a special weapon since the Wolf Pack,
- Include a rocket launcher,
- Include a weapon with no unique mods (as well as not have mods at all beyond Boosts),
- Have an achievement that specifically requires the usage of a weapon included in the DLC since the Hotline Miami DLC,
- Be a crossover with another work since the Goat Simulator Heist DLC (or, counting free DLCs, the Hardcore Henry Heists).
- The Scarface Heist DLC is the first DLC to include a rocket launcher since the OVERKILL Pack.
