Hoxton Breakout is the second heist contracted by The Dentist. It involves breaking Hoxton out of prison after his capture by the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Payday: The Heist.
According to the Crimefest website [1], this heist will be released as a free DLC once the official Payday 2 group reaches a total of 1,150,000 members. Old Hoxton as a playable character will be released as a free DLC once a 1,200,000 member threshold is met. So far, the community has already surpassed the one million and fifty thousand mark, so only one hundred thousand more members are needed to make this DLC heist available for free. The DLC release date is currently unknown.
