This is a list of all downloadable content (DLC) packs released for PAYDAY 2, both free and priced.

Lootbag

PD2 pre-purchase offer

The Lootbag was given exclusively to those who pre-ordered PAYDAY 2.

It contains the following in-game items:

  • A unique red dot weapon sight modification available for use on all rifle weapons.
  • A unique Skull mask.
  • A unique mask pattern titled "I LOVE OVERKILL".
  • A unique color pattern consisting of the colors red and black.
  • A bundle of in-game cash.
  • A full-sized duffel bag similar to the in-game loot bags to contain items at your leisure.

Note: These items can be purchased for $4.99 on Console only.

Initially this DLC would also contain the white rock and fishscales materials as well as the brown black color.

Hardtime Loot Bag

The Hardtime Loot Bag is given to those who pre-ordered PAYDAY 2: Crimewave Edition for either Xbox One or PlayStation 4 or purchase separately from the Xbox Games Store or PSN for $4.99.

It contains the following items:

  • A red dot weapon sight modification available for use for all rifle weapons.
  • An unique Skull mask.
  • A formal exclusive mask (One included unique to either PS4 or Xbox One depending on the version purchased)
  • A unique mask pattern title "I LOVE OVERKILL".
  • A unique color pattern only available for this unlock.
  • A bundle of in-game cash ($80.000).

Career Criminal Edition

PD2 Career Criminal edition

The Career Criminal Edition is a limited-edition "Deluxe" content pack, being an "upgraded" version of the Lootbag pack.

The Career Criminal Edition will, in addition to the standard game, grant the following:

  • The PAYDAY Loot Bag, which is described above.
  • Two beta keys – one to keep and one to give to a friend. A beta key grants access to the PAYDAY 2 beta release, which was released on the 24th of July.
  • PAYDAY 2: The Original Soundtrack – A digital copy of the PAYDAY 2 original soundtrack, available for download pre-release. The tracks are composed by Simon Viklund.
  • Crime.net discount – Discounts on all in-game purchases (guns, masks, skills etc. not DLC)
  • Bain's Guide to the Criminal Underworld – A digital issue of the must-have guide on heisting, written by Bain. The hunt for Baldwin continues.
  • Printable heist blueprints.[1]

The Official Soundtrack was released on October 16, 2013. It is a collection of 40 MP3 and FLAC tracks made by OVERKILL's celebrated composer Simon Viklund. As PAYDAY 2 grows, the official soundtrack grows with it, and new tracks are added for free.

The community made Poetry Jam masks are now available in-game for everyone who owns this soundtrack through Steam. Additional music can be downloaded for free at Overkill's official Bandcamp website here.

The Soundtrack also includes remix material so you can make your own PAYDAY 2-inspired music!

It contains the following in-game items:

PAYDAY: The Heist Soundtrack

PAYDAY: The Heist Soundtrack was released on October 18, 2012. It is a collection of 17 MP3 tracks from PAYDAY: The Heist made by OVERKILL's celebrated composer Simon Viklund. PAYDAY 2 Update #36 allowed you to play these tracks in PAYDAY 2, provided you own this DLC.

The Soundtrack also includes remix material so you can make your own PAYDAY-inspired music!

The OVERKILL B-Sides Soundtrack

Give your heisting a fresh sound with the Payday 2 B-Sides album today. As PAYDAY 2 grows, the official b-sides soundtrack grows with it, and new tracks are added for free.

As the Humble Bundle program ended on June 15th, 2014, the contents are no longer obtainable. The keys however do not expire and can still be used to acquire the masks.

The Jacket Character Pack was released on March 10, 2015. It is the third character pack for PAYDAY 2, and is the first purchasable promotional content expansion. The Jacket Character Pack cannot be purchased like a usual PAYDAY 2 DLC, but rather requires ownership of the Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number Digital Special Edition which can be bought on Steam. It contains the following in-game items:

  • Jacket playable character
  • 8 masks (6 available by owning the regular edition of Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number)
  • 1 new SMG and 1 new melee weapon
  • New Perk Deck: Sociopath

The COMPLETELY OVERKILL Pack was released on March 12, 2015, being the eighteenth paid DLC pack, "for anyone who wants a way to support OVERKILL in developing the free Hype Train content for the community".
This DLC was only available during the Hypetrain event (5th of February to the 12th of March, 2015) and was limited to 50,000 copies.
Since the event is over, you can no longer purchase it.

Note: This pack is not an upgrade version of the OVERKILL Pack and thus does not contain the former's contents.

It contains the following in-game items:

  • Four special masks
  • 27 unique weapon skins, each owner getting a different one

SpeedRunners

The SpeedRunners pack was released on March 20, 2015. It is a collaboration with DoubleDutch Games and is also the third time Overkill have collaborated with another developer for PAYDAY 2. It is also the second purchasable promotional content expansion. The SpeedRunners pack cannot be purchased like a usual PAYDAY 2 DLC, but rather requires ownership of SpeedRunners which can be bought on Steam.
